Family is the value I hold most dear to my heart. So it makes sense that I would choose to support families in the most transformative experience of their life.
My partner Jonathon and I live in Lindsay, Ontario with our two children, Ruby June and Grant, and our three cats, Frankie, Winston, and Herbie.
We love music, cats (obviously), spending time with family and friends, travelling, camping and the great outdoors…no matter the weather!
My Doula Journey
My first birthing experience was an emergency cesarean birth and my second was an unmedicated vaginal birth. I also experienced multiple losses, before and between them, so I’ve seen many faces of pregnancy and birth as well as loss. It was after my daughter was born that I started becoming obsessed with pregnancy and birth and the science behind it all, but my experiences have brought me to this moment in time. These experiences are the reason I am so passionate about the healing and prevention of birth related traumas and empowering through education. I am so incredibly grateful to pursue this passion and to support families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. So, thank you for being here with me!

Birth Support
The birth support package includes two prenatal visits, on call support throughout your pregnancy, continuous support throughout your labour and delivery, and one postpartum visit.

The virtual birth support package includes two virtual prenatal visits, on call support throughout your pregnancy, continuous virtual support throughout your labour and delivery, and one virtual postpartum visit.

Postpartum Care
As a postpartum doula I am there to assist with newborn care, feeding, physical and emotional well being, and light housework duties, but I am also there to support the entire family through this transitional period, birthing person, partner, and other children included.

Birth and Beyond Package
The ultimate offering of support, this package includes everything listed in the “Birth Support Package” and also includes four postpartum support shifts to help you and your family with the transition of bringing home baby.
