Postpartum Care
What does your ideal postpartum plan look like? How would it feel to make that plan a reality? How would it affect your postpartum period?
As a postpartum doula I am there to assist with newborn care, feeding, physical and emotional well being, and light housework duties. I am also there to support the entire family through this transitional period, birthing person, partner, and other children included.

Virtual Support
If, for whatever reason, you feel like in person support is not for you, then virtual support is a great option! It can be so reassuring to have a doula at your disposal during labour, especially at a fraction of the cost.
The virtual birth support package includes two virtual prenatal visits, on call support throughout your pregnancy, continuous virtual support throughout your labour and delivery, and one virtual postpartum visit.

“Research has shown that support from doulas is both risk-free and highly effective. They provide important physical and emotional support to birthing families.”
